We now have two locations to serve the veterans of Grant County. I will be at the American Legion on Broadway on Wednesday from 9am to 12pm. Monday and Friday I will be at the Grant County Veterans office across from Ziggy's on Wheeler Rd from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 3pm. Phone # 509-766-5015. On Wednesdays I will be in and out of the Vets office but the office will be open from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 3pm. I can help with VA paper work and can also access the Grant County Veterans relief fund.
In order to help a veteran he or she must have a DD form 214 indicating other than a dishonorable discharge and at least 180 days of service in the regular armed forces. If a veteran does not have a DD form 214, we can help to attain one.

sgtmount: I fought side by side with Joe Hooper, I'm dismayed that so few members of Post 209 are on this forum, many other good men that fought side by side with Joe & I are on the Web. I'll see if can get a few more of them to join this forum. Over and Out

Admin: I finally got the Board interested in this forum. We will probably see some members signing up pretty soon. I've been promised that the newsletter will be sent email so I can post it here without having to retype it. Then we can advertise it to members.
